VISION STATEMENT

To provide a safe walk-able mixed-use area that acknowledges the surrounding heritage while expanding on the site identity. This will be completed through the use of preservation of usable buildings, while using more contemporary methods to reduce the amount of waste generated.

Residential merged with public space

Allowing open space to be flowing with the built environment

inclusion of key maori symbols

greenery to offset carbon emissions

ground floor of buildings having character

Creative uses of green areas like this establishes micro climates for people to take their eyes off the concrete and glass
