Announcing Xpansion game NFT pack sale on Atomichub market

The sale will open first for VIP ticket holders from Saturday, October 9th 16:00 UTC. Public sale will follow afterward starting from Monday, October 11th 16:00 UTC.

Xpansion is a decentralized 4x strategy game set in the near future. Faced with a dying world, the remnants of Earths’ population have launched expedition waves to settle the habitable worlds surrounding nearby stars.
There will be 2 types of packs: normal pack and mega pack. Each pack will contain land and equipment NFTs, which are key assets in the game, with random rarities. Xpansion game will be released the first version on WAX blockchain and users can stake the NFTs to earn game tokens and resources. The higher rarity of the items, the higher token and resource generation rates.
Numbers of packs on sale are as following:
Normal pack
Total 6,090 packs (each pack contains 1 land NFT and 2 equipment NFTs)
VIP sale price: $70/normal pack
Public sale price: $77/normal pack
Mega pack
Total 870 packs (each pack contains 3 land NFTs and 6 equipment NFTs)
VIP sale price: $190/mega pack
Public sale price: $209/mega pack
Each VIP ticket-holding wallet can buy up to 20 normal packs and 3 mega packs.
So what can you find in an Xpansion game pack on the Atomichub market?
An Xpansion game pack will contain land and equipment NFTs with random rarities.
There are 8700 land NFTs and 17,400 equipment NFTs on sale. Equipment includes Robotic miner, Material extractor, Material refiner, and Laboratory.
There are 5 levels of rarities: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, and Legendary. The numbers of NFTs per rarity level are summarized in the following table.
The NFTs are key assets in Xpansion game, which users can stake later on to play the game and earn rewards.
- Land NFTs can earn game resources and XPS tokens
- Equipment NFTs can earn resources. Each piece of equipment will generate different types of game resources.
Both resources and XPS tokens will be tradable in the secondary markets. These are important elements for players to upgrade to higher rankings in the game.
The NFTs acquired in this sale event will be usable in Xpansion game once the game’s first version is released on the WAX blockchain. Testnet version on WAX blockchain is ready and mainnet version is underway to be released in Nov.
