Over the last week, the Crown Council voted on the themes for our eight distinct regions. It’s with great excitement that we share the results:

• Hillside City (9,000 plots): Find serenity amid lush green hills.

• Forest City (12,000 plots): Embrace the charm of a city nestled deep within the woods.
• Modern Metropolitan (13,000 plots): Experience the vibrant spirit of Tokyo coming to life.

• Cyberpunk City (16,000 plots): Step into a gleaming futuristic realm.

VIP List Update

The first snapshot has successfully identified VIPs based on the criteria outlined in the process document. If your wallet is listed at the bottom of this article, congratulations — you’re on our VIP list!

Now that you’re on the list, what’s next?

Over the next two weeks, VIP members will distribute land plots across various regions by submitting their preferences. Please note that this allocation is not final; it’s a necessary step to help shape each region.

Follow these steps to start your land allocation:

• Log in to your xSPECTAR account and review the total number of land plots you own. You can distribute this total among all eight regions. Be aware that there are zoning restrictions, and if there’s an excess of interest in a specific region, selection limitations will be implemented to ensure fairness across the community.
• Submit your preferences using the land allocation form, providing your XRPL wallet details and account ID as a VIP list member.

Once all VIP members allocate their plots, the data will be aggregated and evaluated. We’ll pay special attention to instances where a large number of community plots are allocated to the smallest land. If necessary, we will engage the community again to reevaluate region themes versus available plots. Updates will be communicated through xSPECTAR’s social channels.

The process of creating the 2D maps with terrains, roads, parks, plots, and natural features for all 8 regions could take 3 to 4 weeks after the regions are finalized.

Upcoming Meeting

Once the 2D maps for each region are complete, Agents who have secured 100 or more plots will receive an invitation to a group session dedicated to finalizing the finer details. The meeting will be scheduled with consideration for the time zones you’ve entered into the submission form.
