What’s Next?
PICKING YOUR LAND’S LOCATION
At some point after the PRESALE, you will be able to PICK the LOCATIONS of your parcels on the xSPECTAR world map.
As with real estate in the real world, the main importance of virtual real estate will center on three main things: LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. The picking order for the land parcels will be determined by a points-based system. Points will be registered based on the number of xSPECTAR NFTs a participant holds:
- Crown Council: 100 points
- Genesis collection: 10 points
- TBA collection: 5 points
- DS Private collection: 1 point
- None: 0 points
A snapshot will be made at a future date to register NFT holdings and picking will take place in groups.
To make sure you get notified in time to PICK your land, you need to have an account on the xSPECTAR website and provide us with your email address.
This way we reward our loyal NFT holders and give everyone a chance to get higher in ranking by accumulating NFTs.
Free plots that were given away during the Genesis Collection PRESALE can be converted into PARCELS by UPGRADING them.
This will be a feature that will be added to YOUR ACCOUNT BEFORE the PICKING of the land starts (after the land PRESALE).
Free plots that don’t get converted into PARCELS won’t be able to pick according to NFT holdings and will come last.
After the PRESALE and the PICKING of the PARCELS, you will be able to make your land an NFT and buy and sell it on our marketplace.
You will also be able to personalize your plot by uploading your image to the plots/parcel.
BUILDING Structures on Your Land
People with knowledge of 3D modelling (Blender, Maya) will have the option to create their own structures on their properties. However, for those without technical abilities, xSPECTAR will provide custom build options. Our platform will also create a tool to facilitate easier landowner building of their own structures. Release date TBA.
In addition, in the near future we will announce multiple collaborations with brands and companies.
One collaboration will be with a partner that specializes in building with Unreal Engine as we organize the xSPECTAR “Creator Contest” in Q2 2023, where people who create structures can participate and win prizes from a pool worth 25,000 USD. This initiative will create an influx of new creators to our community and their creations will be available for our community on the xSPECTAR marketplace. Bringing people together, speeding up the building process, and growing our community by attracting creators, users, players, builders, and more, the xSPECTAR Creator Contest will provide an opportunity and platform to make attractive and useful in-game products and give people the ability to monetize on their work.
