Im sure your probably right regarding the ethnicity of your states dealers and I’m sure the majority come from Lower middle to lower lower income families. It maybe a good idea to start some programs aiding youth/families in these lower economic area like hiring practices by the upper echelon (whites)? Im sure the majority of buyers whom your probably related to, are driving from affluent neighborhoods to purchase there goods keeping the dealers in business. I believe there is an ample amount of extremely gifted individuals who live in these low income areas and as we both know, the labor demand is there, its just a matter of the white man getting over himself.
