or how my senior design group came together In my Penn Engineering undergrad career, senior design was something that constantly floated in the back of my head. As junior year flew by, I (and I think many others) began to feel the pressure of finding a good project and joining a strong team. People seemed to be divided in several mindsets while finding teammates. Some just wanted to stick with friends and coast through the project, others were deadset on finding strong members to help bang out their amazing idea.
