When it comes to unfamiliar items it’s better to visually expose the items instead of hiding them. It’s even better to do it in a logically organized way: create groups with meaningful titles, and let the users zoom in to the groups they are interested in.
In his own words, he set out “to create a complete type family, consisting of, to begin with, roman, sloped roman, semi-bold and semi-bold condensed, at least four weights of sans serif, a script type and a set of Greek characters.”
…, the design sprint doesn’t always focus on design. You can solve pretty much any problem you want! In my projects, we use it for everything; from creating products for the web to deciding who makes the tea (really). It ties together different exercises into a four-step cycle (see below).
…fucking tea boy. A sprint gets these people together and works through ideas and solutions rapidly. They address everyones project goals, hopes, anxieties and timelines. It sounds quite obvious when you think about it. Instead of 10 spread-out meetings, why not have 4–5 power hours of getting it all done at once?
