Certainly, there are many other local cuisines that are famous, such as Beijing Cuisine and Shanghai Cuisine.

Chinese food is world famous for its color, flavor and taste, which are the essential quality elements of Chines cuisine.

I’ve been London for 5 years, it seems that only nice Chinese food can help me deal with stress and the homesickness.

Many famous and traditional Chinese food are offered by Food House, and the taste is really really really good. Lots of Chinese would like to wait in line for long time.

Because many Chinese food isn’t as authentic as real Chinese food, they have to make money, then they tweak food’s taste and make them more suitable for foreigners’ taste.

It’s located in China Town, you will find it at Charing Cross Road as you get out from Leicester Square Ungerground Station.

I’ve been there for many times, I nearly tried every dish of them. Without further a due, let me show you some photos of my favourite food that I took before.

Salted Edamame and Peanut

Chinses people would like to have some cold dishes before main courses. Food House has home-made Salted Edamame and Peanut, and I like it very much.

There has many cold dishes, and I also recommend Cold Eggplant Puree and Mountain Pepper Lotus-root Slice.

Hot Spicy Grilled Fish

After finishing the cold dish, let’s move on to a main course — Grilled Fish! There are four kinds of fish that you can choose, which are bass, grass carp, carp and plaice.

In addition, you also can choose the source of grilled fish from Spicy Source, Hot Spicy Source and Garlic Bean Source.

Skewers

Every Chinese student is the loyal fan of skewers. My favourite one is mutton skewer.

Bullfrog in Dry Vessel

Finally, I would like to talk abouth is the drinks. Fresh Juice is very popular in Food House, especially the watermelon juice and cantaloup juice. The taste of them is very fresh and rich, if you like pure fruit juice, you should try.
