Y Pool Providing and Removing Liquidity Instructions
An Overview of How to Provide/Remove Liquidity to Y Pool
Liquidity is the fundamental core of XY Finance’s instant cross-chain transfer service. Everyone can add liquidity from supported tokens such as USDT on our Y Pool page. In return for contributing to the liquidity pool, you will receive cross-chain trading fees on XY Finance as well as our pool token — xyUSDT which you can stake in our liquidity mining pool soon.
Essentially, we will be using the launch of Y pool as an opportunity to teach our users how to deposit or withdraw liquidity.
Deposit (Provide Liquidity)
To provide liquidity, you’ll need to commit an amount of USDT.
- Visit the Y Pool page.
2. Click the “Deposit” button.
3. Click the “Connect to a Wallet” button.
4. Click the USDT button to choose USDT from which network you want to add liquidity to. Here, we’re going to use fUSDT as example.
5. Enter the amount of fUSDT you wish to deposit.
6. Click the “Approve to Deposit” button.
7. Click the “ Deposit” button, and your wallet will ask you to confirm the action.
8. The details of your fUSDT liquidity will pop up, and click the “Confirm” button to proceed. Your wallet will ask for your confirmation again. Confirm your transaction from your wallet.
Soon after, you will see your USDT balance on the Y Pool page and receive xyUSDT.
You can repeat the above steps to add more liquidity.
Withdraw (Remove Liquidity)
To withdraw your USDT
1.Visit the Y Pool page.
2. Click the “Withdraw” button.
3. Click the “Connect to a Wallet” button.
4. Click the xyUSDT button to choose USDT of which network you want to remove liquidity.
5. Enter an amount of xyUSDT you wish to withdraw.
6. Click the “Approve to Withdraw” button.
7. Click the “Withdraw” button, and your wallet will ask you to confirm the action.
8. The details of your USDT to be received will pop up, and click the “Confirm Withdraw” button to proceed. Your wallet will ask for your confirmation again. Confirm your transaction from your wallet.
After the transaction is confirmed, you will receive your USDT in your wallet. And if you haven’t removed all of your liquidity, you still can see the remaining liquidity value on the Y Pool page.
