WHAT-WHY-HOW-WHEN Strategy
If your goal is super clear, but you don’t have a plan to realize it or not enough time in your daily life, you will still fail. Here is how to make everything super clear.
Today we are talking about becoming your higher self and achieving every goal you want to achieve.
There are different interpretations of “your higher self” whatever it may mean to you. It is 100 % achievable. Because most things and goals in live we may want, have probably already been achieved by others. So you have the proof, that you can also do it.
The following strategy is 100 % achievable. Most people, know what they want, but don’t know how to do it.
So here is my WHAT-WHY-HOW-WHEN Strategy
- Write down your goals
- Write down why you want to achieve the goal
- Write behind it which measures that have to be taken to achieve them
- divide the measures into explicit To-do's
- divide the measures realizable into your calendar
For Example:
- WHAT: Lose 20 kg
- WHY: To feel better and live a healthy life
- HOW: exercise and eat healthy.
3.1. Tasks: 4 times a week 60 minutes of yoga, calorie tracking and interval fasting. - WHEN: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday yoga — 20:00–12:00 o’clock no food
This strategy works for every area in life!
The most important part is the how and when, to really realize your wants.
If your goal is super clear, but you don’t have a plan to realize it or not enough time in your daily life, you will still fail. So write it all down, break it down to the most significant to-do's and start doing. You will see results very soon. Trust me. I’m using this technique over years now, and it works perfectly for me!
But the What and Why is also super influential to stay consistent and have a meaningful goal.
