Energy: the path of the Warrior

However we understand the word «energy», subjectively it means one thing for everyone — the feeling of force and power in the body. It is the common denominator of our entire life, including health, work, money, relationships, and creativity. It’s the main psychological and physiological indicator of our wellbeing. Satisfaction with life, inspiration, enthusiasm and optimism, the ability to love, appreciate, thank and be useful — all this is possible only if our battery is full.

We should create a constant flow and growth of our reservoir smoothly and carefully. The more personal power we have, the less personal history and the feeling of self importance should remain. Our strength uselessly and even harmfully goes into chaotic natural reactions to external and internal stimuli, lies, insult, guilt, anger, pity, duty, pride and other tense feelings.

To thank, love, feel freedom, create, joyfully help from the bottom of the heart, to give the body some sport, to stay in peace and contemplation, to eat deliciously and sleep sweetly, to learn — all these actions increase our energy reserves. If you act in this way, not only the stock of power grows, but also the reservoir volume itself.

When we have a lot of energy, we feel an urge to spend it. The process of spending is very pleasant: it is an instinctive setting that serves to fulfill the law of communicating vessels in the social life. We feel that spark and become organizers, revelers, uninvited helpers and teachers. And when our chaotic actions bring no result because of other people’s resistance, all this turns into anger and we are ready to smash everything to pieces. If our fuel tank is empty, we are sad, unsure, lazy, afraid, unable to make decisions or take action. The world is painted 50 shades of gray and the perspective fades.

To learn to balance this subjective feeling, we need to constantly be aware of who and what we are, where we are going, what we are doing right now and how it all fits together. And, of course, to monitor the very feeling of energetic fulfillment. If we don’t feel strong enough, we should check if we are doing something unnecessary. Having found such, we need to immediately stop it at any cost. Slow and calm down, get rid of false activities, start collecting the missing pieces.

If, on the contrary, we are bursting with energy in all directions, we need to carefully drain the excess energy, and do it with benefit. We are naturally drawn to improving the world and lives of those around us. But they usually don’t ask for it at that moment. Therefore, it is best to take care of yourself: sports, creativity, work, planning, creating new things and ideas, cleaning. If you need to necessarily benefit others, you can simply prepare the ground for future actions when they are needed.

Always, on an ongoing basis, cleanse the feeling of IMPORTANCE of all the things in life, our own self, people and events around. We need to ease our attitude to everything, smoothly bringing ourselves into the state of an empty conductor between life and life. Yes, just life and life, no misprinting. Lightness, agility, flexibility, strength, elasticity, speed — these qualities are acquired by getting rid of importance, dogma, stubbornness, weakness, tension and slow-wittedness.
