Consistent experience with food products is what helps really build brand, I agree, I stick with so-called pike selection at Starbucks and usually I’m not disappointed. By and large almost to a fault most if not close to all restaurant coffee is dark water of nondescript flavorings, yet there are some restaurants that seem to go that extra distance and produce flavorful coffee, still I think it’s rare. I do go out of my way for some breakfast restaurants if I believe they have good coffee, especially when compared to the usual dredges, a.k.a. bilge.
