Random boomer: Social peer recommendations have a place with e-social millennials, scaling some, but I don’t think legacy businesses much care about working with real responders, they try to distance themselves from anything resembling classic employees or real customer interaction. If anything they will attempt marketing efforts figuring out what millennials want/do/buy and then try to invest through some backdoor method, like buy em up and/or shut em down, classic stuff. Of course legacy businesses always spew endless PR through traditional outlets with a lot of ‘ We Care ‘ crap, other than that they try other ways to gain millennial wealth, maybe they think interactive is a waste of their time.
