Can Wikipedia’s Jimmy Wales fix the news?
The Financial Times

The sense of traditional media succumbing to tainted e-business models begs for a different news methodology. Beyond news boardrooms and associated stockholders of publications is there any sense that journalism is repairing itself? There is a sense of disbelief for journalist embedded in pre-e-media news model mindset regarding adopting a news-mentorship-citizen-crowdsource news model like WikiTribune, yet trying to fix existing e-media organizations with uninspired bandaid solutions is similar to a methadone program for heroin addicts, may work or not and during the wait for a cure damage to the journalism continues. My opinion, I’m all in on WikiTribune.
