Unless you know an HR person personally HR never gives straight answers to almost anything, it’s not their real job, HR acts more like a pineapple gear in a grist mill, that’s how they process issues, like applying the correct pressure for the results they know they want and will no doubt get, they are an administration group. Though I might be a tad prejudice.
At first I thought I was reading a movie script being wrapped up for a 1990’s producer studio, but then those days are gone and anyway the script turned edgy.
Don’t have any helpful advice with the exception watch out for HR. Paranoid much?
