This is a great article. It is very insightful, and is needed right now also. I’ve been waking up 5:30am every morning, but usually I stare at my phone for a good 20–30 mins before getting up and heading out to school. I’ve been wanting to just cut out the phone checking and just get up and start my day.

The most important thing that struck out to me was having a good reason to get up every morning. I believe that having no good reason is the reason why we have poor morning habits to begin with. So finding a reason and sticking with it will make this process more efficient for me.
