The results are in.
Our little organization of 4 people scored 53 on the ToMo survey.
We are very proud of our high purpose (87) and low inertia (4). Our lowest positive motivator is play (58) and our highest negative motivator is emotional pressure (49).
We reviewed the team report together and no one was surprised by the scores. We agreed that everyone would now read the book and that we would go through all the discussion points listed in the report over the coming weeks.
There was a certain excitement in the room as we contemplated taking action to improve our performance. I can’t speak for everyone but, for me, it felt like we were a team for the first time.
