I really like how you thought about texture and form and decided to go with a triangular shaped cookie. I also like the addition of fruit and the thorough development of your idea and its inspirations. I wished there were more pictures from your design notebook to see that design process. I also wished that there were more in the process pictures, but I can’t complain because I totally forgot to take pictures of my cookie process too! What if you cut up the apple and banana pieces and mixed them together and then placed them into the dough. That way it would not be so separated. Thanks for sharing!
