I really liked the play on words with flower and flour and the idea that a cookie does not necessarily need flour. In my culture, we have many cookies that don’t have all purpose flour involved, but rather rice flour or glutinous flour. Thinking about this now, I should have thought more about using different kinds of flours for my cookies too. I wished your blog included more pictures just as your powerpoint showed today. I think they would add a great visual to what you’re conveying in the blog. What if the next time, you used brown sugar? It may soften the flower a little more and add another sweet element to your cookie. Blog wise, what if you added the recipe directions so others can follow along too. :) I think your end presentation was amazing. Thanks for sharing!
