Knowledge puffs up but love builds up. 
 Tearing others down shouldn’t be the option. 
 We tear others down by speaking behind their backs. 
 We might tear others down by sharing constructive feedbacks upfront. 
 But if the constructive feedback is a means to build them up. 
 That’s love. 
 And that’s right.
