I’m a user researcher with a bank’s headquarters. We also have distributed ux research teams – some of whom report indirectly to us in the headquarters.
I am curious to know how your research team shares information (beyond just talks and social catch ups) with each other and with the entire organisation – Is there a central research resource or something along those lines? If so, what type of format is the research info in – slides / videos / live wikis??
