Yes, the return label in the package was to return iPhone 7. But that’s what representative told us to do. Use the return label in the package to return the old phone and there’s also an instruction in the package too.

When you have a mail office in the company, it’s easy to get used to it and drop your package there. There’s no way they can provide receipt and by default USPS does not provide receipt with return label.

It’s a lesson I took and I want to share.
