A crochet baby afghan made as a gift for a new mother.

I have been asked by several people to begin writing a blog. Somewhere that I could share my work, share what I learn, share my growth and also somewhere to share things from others from all over the net.

Everyone calls me Oz, I am a yarnaholic and love to spend some part of everyday with yarn. I love the feel and color of yarn and while I have known how to knit and crochet since childhood, I only became serious about both in 2013 when a friend of mine reintroduced it to my life after a very long hiatus.

Now I have to tell you that I am not a good writer but that not being the goal here, I hope that maybe that can be overlooked ☺I want to share my journey now that I have gained enough confidence to share it with you.

I am working on a hat and scarf set currently with Malabrigo Rio. Both sets are being knitted in the Dudester patterns for the hat and scarf. The yarn colors are Playa and Aguas. When they are finished I will share them, but that is what is currently cast on.

I hope that you all will enjoy, this blog and share it.
