VERTICAL STRIP MAPS PRODUCED FOR VTOLs AND LEGAL STATUS

The world, being alerted by climate change, is developing new methods to quickly and effectively have influence in the region in the event of a disaster while trying to adapt to the age of disaster concerning forest fires-flood disasters. The significance of 3D sensitive coordinates and flight coordinates to be formed rest upon these coordinates in Urban Air Mobility (UAM) of the new transportation network defined as VTOL is obvious.

In this sense, it is thought that this revolution in transportation in the changing technology, which is developing with the exponential increase, should be adopted by the public in order to be able to be an unchanging part of not only disasters but also routine life, and in this sense, it will have a safe, legal status and a sustainable ecosystem if it is cost-effective.

UAM ecosystem and Vertiports operational requirement facilities can be considered as landing area design and layout/geometry, Approach/take-off routes, maximum load capacities, electric drive and charging stations, batteries and other safety requirements. Here, the invariable part of the strip map of the route where the approaching to Vertiport, landing-launch and route will take place is the 3D sensitive coordinates and the flight coordinates to be formed based on these coordinates. It is foreseen that flight route maps can be designed as vertical strip maps that can be designed as a kind of vertical expropriation maps, and the same line will also be functional as a noise map and will contribute to its adoption by the public at the point of trust.

Planning the vertical property limit in the parcels subject to private ownership by taking into account the legal compensation corrective factors in the works such as “useful area” theory, vertical suspension announcement, etc., and the recognition of the electronic personality, which is a unique personality model similar to the legal entity in case of VTOLs flying autonomously (instant meteorological changes in the route, unforeseen risks, etc.) in case of danger, in this context, by creating a common fund similar to the “Traffic Guarantee Insurance Fund”, the producer, the user and even the state should contribute to this fund, in order to contribute to the continuity of the fund, the transfer of some of the gains obtained as a result of the commercial activities (taxi, cargo, pharmaceuticals, etc., transportation-transportation) of the VTOLs in commercial activities to this fund; it is foreseen that the funds will be unnecessary in the event of a legally compensatory action; it will be necessary to use a possible investment factor and a sustainable additionalist by creating a joint fund similar to the “Traffic Guarantee Insurance Fund”.
