In the hurly burly of daily lives we forgot to enjoy our present moments. We are too busy in either thinking of our hassle & negativity faced in past or flowery imaginary world of unseen future. Thoughts of the past life questions what had happened? Why it had happened? Why me? encounter present precious moments and thoughts of fantasize future questions -what will happen? How will happen? disturb inner peace. Daydream of past and future scattered and unfocused our present life. It is ok to be attached in troublesome past or future thoughts, but it is time consuming if we spend too much time there. Sometimes it is so difficult to live in overwhelming present when our thoughts & emotions associated with past and potential promising future.
Living & enjoying in present moments has uncountable benefits.
 Apart from reducing stress & anxiety, living in present moment improves our harmonious relationship. It is so delighted when we live in present moment to control to our body, mind and emotions.
 Present moments teaches us to focus and aware more on solutions, actions rather than problems.
 Living in present moments calms our mind and flashed ray of light and ray of hope on our life and we never allow fear, uncertainty to torture our soul & heart.
 If we live present worthwhile then we grasp opportunities for further path.
 More willingness & involvement to determine purpose
 Emphasis on accomplishment & achievement but not to juggle our thoughts
