I just dropped that comfortable User Interface profile and restarted with a new profile of a programmer and algorithmist. I was running from it from a long ago from college days. And trying to hide it by make great designs at css and html which is not a programmers job most of the time. Nowadays I was too good at those things as compared to my peers but I left it. And Now its great.
