My Cadence Scholarship Experience & Interview Process
Step 1: Apply for the application form, which is generally available in May. For the session 2024–2025, the application is currently open and will remain so until May 30, 2024.

Step 2: You will receive a call for the verification of the details provided in the form.
Step 3: Next, you will attend a standard interview with your family members, during which they will verify the details provided.
Step 4: Upon successfully passing the previous interviews, you will receive a final interview call from Cadence & Joining Hands. This interview typically involves 7–8 judges who will ask you normal questions such as:
- What are your aspirations in life?
- What do you want to be?
- Where do you see yourself in the next 5–10 years?
- How do you plan to utilize this scholarship?
- How will it contribute to shaping your career?
Note: Later, you will join a WhatsApp group for more updates regarding events by Joining Hands. You will also be provided with a Google form in which you will have to fill out your monthly report, detailing what you did throughout the month. Additionally, you will be assigned a mentor who will offer you guidance.
