To make a difference in interesting and to be interested is really big challenge. And this challenge is show your interest in other person and perceived them.About ask their own personality ,about their future goals, and they want they to do in life.Firstly we have smile on face by show them that we have interested to talk about them.

some people are really interesting when you talk about their self. And the funny thing is that when i ask about their self. They ask what would be your answer to this question. For this challenge i have discussion with my 5 friends. i think when you show interest in other that motivate them that you really interested in them.So i ask to my friends dividual what they want in life ?where you see yourself after 4 years ?what is your future goals ?what are you doing now a days ? what is your activities other than study? I think before today we never talk about this topic and this is really interesting .Now i think people feel really love for you .when you show interest in them,

they feel more comfortable and they also interested in yourself. so i think people find more convenient to continue a conversation when you talking about their self. its is just like when we research for organization. when they see that employee is really interested in they organization .They feel good and listen that how much you know about them. So this is really good practice to listen others.

so from this challenge i learn one simple rule that apply in my life is to asking other and listen other. I want become a Good listen and show interest in other .In this a way we learn from other and get more something interesting about their self.
