Thank you so much for sharing my piece Chris. It’s a process I think we all struggle with. And it’s become less and less organic as the value of consumption has gone up. Like you, it took severe anxiety and panic for me to make a conscious effort to listen. Now I’m more disciplined, but it’s always a challenge and a process.
