I am a Woman. You are a Trans Woman. And That Distinction Matters.

What your article fails to deal with, that I feel is really missing from the entire conversation, is that in a public changing space, you have no right to be looking between another individual's legs to view their genitalia in the 1st place. Neither, in a bathroom or anywhere else. I respect your right to individual spaces to be around others like you, but we all do have to exist on this planet together, and the fact that your woman parts are different than mine, should only be a valid issue if we are intimate. Too many times in history, has separatism left us vulnerable to enemy destruction! We need to pressure businesses to use more private protecting methods in changing rooms in gyms, restrooms & etc, rather than shaming another woman, because she has different woman parts than you!
