Iteration

Improvement

For my final pick, tofu cookie became my final choice. In the idea test 1 for my tofu cookie, I found out that the tofu flavor was not that strong and colorless. Therefore, I decided to make another new recipe for the cookie.

For the improvements, I am more focusing on flavor, color and texture of the cookie.

Egg: more yellow color after baked

Tofu and sugar: to stronger the taste of the tufo and the sweetness of the cookies.

Baking soda: more crunchy.

New recipe

  1. Egg 1
  2. Tofu half pcs
  3. Flour 80g
  4. Cooking oil 20ml
  5. Sugar 80g
  6. Tofu pudding powder 40g
  7. Baking soda 0.5 tsp
