Weight Loss
For my blog series this semester, I’m going to write about how exercise helps you lose weight. Exercise is great for burning calories. Losing weight is something almost every person wants to do, but this is very difficult and also helps prevent many health conditions, decreases stress, and makes you feel better. I think that there are many ways to lose a lot of weight fast. For example, if you don’t have strong willpower to lose weight, then the hunger will cause you to give up on lose weight.
I think that if you want to lose weight faster, you’ll need to eat less, exercise more, don’t eat too much of starches, added sugars, and animal fat from meat and dairy foods. You can go to the gym 3–4 times a week, and then doing some easier cardio workouts like running, jogging, swimming or walking will suffice. That’s can help you lose your weight. And don’t drink the sugar drinks and fruit juice, because this will make you fattening. I think drink more water can often be confused with hunger, so by drinking water you can avoid extra calories.
Don’t do the unhealthy way to lose your weight, because it will hurt your body. For example, if you eat the diet pills to lose your weight, I think this is a very bad way to choose the diet pills help you to lose your weight. Because in the long run it can severely damage your heart and your brain. And you can’t skip the breakfast, because your metabolism increases after eating, and if you chronically skip meals, your metabolism can slow down and actually lead to weight gain. So, I think you better not to skip it and don’t use laxatives.
I think that lose weight could give you the physique that you want. So many people want to lose their weight, because they are want their body look like a supermodel. That losing weight could give them confidence. Many people are want to lose weight quickly. The only right way to lose weight is to eat less. It sounds like very easy, but when you do it, you will feel this is very hard to do this. And don’t go out to eat, because that the food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and too much oil. So, you need to stay at home and make your own healthy food. I like to swimming, because I feel this is a very good exercise and when you swimming, you will feel very relax. And sleep is very important. It can help you get a better night’s rest, and make you feel ready to tackle a new day.
At the end, exercise can help you more closer to your goal by burning calories. It also helps prevent many health conditions, decreases stress, and makes you feel better. Walking can reduce your blood pressure, and make you feel happy and relax. I feel that if you do more exercise, and you will feel that you are not that hungry. Also, that exercise can also improve sleep quality, help you relieve stress, and feel calmer. It can make you have confidence.
