Before I get into why I chose Rails over Drupal, the typical jargon upfront:

Secondly, as I wrote this post, I realized it could be misconstrued as slamming Drupal and encouraging people to always choose Rails. That isn’t the point or my intention. Both are web development tools which serve a purpose and all of this is my own personal opinion based on my experience…
