The Data Flow: How students/parents/families/staff etc data get entered, stored, processed, and presented in different systems. We have the big picture, but we don’t have the full picture; Sheldon and Simon (may) got the full picture, but they are gone. We need to kickstart an investigation to look into every details that we are missing when the firefighting is over.
WHD: Parent using non-registered email address gets a bounce back when sending to help is a very bad image of us. They get rejected the moment they need help most. I wonder this can be changed?
Support Portal: It is a shame we missed the perfect launch date again. It sucks.
