KYC Application Form Step-by-Step Guide

Hello. Thank you for your interest in the YGGDRASH Project.
This post will explain the detailed procedure regarding the KYC(Know-Your-Customer) process. Participants MUST follow the guide for enter the correct information. See below for details.

[Introduction of KYC Application]
KYC Application
1. This Application is ONLY for Participants of Pre ICO through Yggdrash Website.
2. Participants of “Private ICO and Pre ICO through our partner company” are not included. Please wait for another notice.
KYC Submission Schedule
1. Start : Mar 26, 2018 (14:00 KST/UTC+9)
2. End : Apr 22, 2018 (14:00 KST/UTC+9)
* The KYC application will be available for 3 weeks. Refund process will begin if do not complete the KYC application ON TIME.
Necessary Data
1. Personal information (Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Nationality, Residential Country)
2. Identification Form (MUST INCLUDE PHOTO)
** All personal information which is collected during the KYC Process will be deleted after KYC/AML.
[KYC Submission Guideline]
1. Sign-in to Yggdrash website
Connect to Website and Sign-in to Yggdrash website
2. Find the “Apply for KYC” button
Click on the button “Apply for KYC” (“Apply for KYC” button will show in the website on Mar 26, 2018 (14:00 KST/UTC+9)
3. KYC/AML Progress
Click on the button “SUBMIT KYC”
4. KYC Application access
Enter the “Password”. And click on the “SUBMIT PASSWORD” button. (“Password” will be notified by individual email)
5. Privacy Policy (Terms)
Please read the YGGDRASH Privacy Policy. After you thoroughly read the Privacy Policy, if you agree with the policies please click “Agree”. You MUST click “Agree” to proceed with the YGGDRASH KYC process. And click “Next” button on.
6. Email
MUST input the same email used for joining the YGGDRASH website. If you use a different email, KYC process will be failed.
7. First Name
Must write first name in ENGLISH. Must write name EXACTLY as written on your Passport or government documents.
8. Middle Name
Must write middle name in ENGLISH. Must write name EXACTLY as written on your Passport or government documents.
9. Last Name
Must write last name in ENGLISH. Must write name EXACTLY as written on your Passport or government documents
10. Date of Birth
Please enter your date of birth in the following arrangement (MM/DD/YYYY). For example if you were born in (Mar 12, 1980), the arrangement will be (03/12/1980)
11. Gender
Click on your gender
12. Country of Birth
Open the drop-down-menu and select your birth country (your citizenship) . If you can not see your country, please send an email to (info@yggdrash.io).
13. Country of Residence
Open the drop-down-menu and select your country of residence . If you can not see your country of residence, please send an email to (info@yggdrash.io)
14. PHOTO OF IDENTIFICATION CARD (IMPORTANT)
Photo of Identification Card must meet the “14-1) Conditions of Identification Photo” below. If the photo do not meet the requirement, you have to re-submit KYC application.
If you have a picture that meet the “Conditions of Identification Photo” below, please click “Choose File” button and upload a photo.
14-1) CONDITIONS OF IDENTIFICATION PHOTO
a) Acceptable Identification Form (MUST INCLUDE PHOTO)
- Passport
- EU ID card (added)
- ID card written in English (Must Include Nationality)
b) Non-Acceptable Identification Form
- Facebook Profile
- Student Card
- Identification Form without Photo
- Credit Card
- Membership Card
- etc
c) Hide Unique ID Number
- Please COVER: Passport Number, Unique ID Number (Hide information using “Post-it” note, paper, masking tape, photoshop and paint tool etc )
<Change of Policy>
**Passport of some countries (Korea, Vietnam and Ukraine, etc.), the personal identifiable number on the passport must also be covered.
- Please DO NOT COVER: Photo, Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Nationality, Date of Expiration
d) Expired Id Information form is not valid for KYC process.
e) Photo and letters should be clearly visible.
f) File Type
- JPEG, JPG, PNG
g) File Size
- MAX 16MB
14–2) HIDE your Unique Identification Number
**Please cover 4 things of identification number below
(1) Passport Number (Perforated Number)
(2) Passport Number
(3) Identification Number / Personal Number / ID card Number (when if your passport include this information) e.g. Korea, Vietnam and Ukraine etc
(4) MRZ(Machine Readable Zone)
14–3) Examples of Wrong Submission
**Please apply for KYC again, if you submitted unsuitable KYC photos like examples below
(1) In case the Identification numbers are still visible
(2) In case there are no memo or “Post-it” note (Yggdrash+Date of KYC application) with Passport
(3) In case the photos are too unclear to KYC verification
15. PHOTO OF YOU HOLDING PASSPORT WITH “POST IT” note or
Paper (IMPORTANT)
Photo of you holding a passport with Post-it must meet the “Conditions of 15–1)” below. If the photo do not meet the requirement, you have to re-submit KYC application.
If you have a picture that meet the “Conditions of Photo of You Holding Passport” below, please click “Choose File” button and upload a photo.
15-1) CONDITIONS OF PHOTO OF YOU HOLDING PASSPORT WITH “POST IT”
- ID Card on your hands have to meet the “Conditions of 14-1), 14–2), 14–3)” above.
- Please note “YGGDRASH, Date of KYC application” on the “Post-it”
- Take a photo of you holding passport with a “Post-it” memo above.
- If you have a picture that meet the “15–1) Conditions of Photo of You Holding Passport” above, please click “Choose File” button and upload a photo.

16. KYC Application completed
Once you have completed all KYC process, the following screen will appear. Click on “Done” button to complete application. Thank you for your efforts.
