The first YEED Token Airdrop Plan

We are pleased to announce the YEED Airdrop previously mentioned in the Short-term Plan announcement.

There is an update on the 1st Airdrop Process on the token distribution process to promote activation of YEED trading market, while maintaining the YEED Circulation Supply as low as possible for the time being. The A Buyback plan will be implemented to supply partial volume for the 1st Airdrop.

YGGDRASH 1st AIRDROP PLAN

1. Buyback

• Total Buyback Quantity: 100,000,000 YEED
• Duration: Until the end of the 1st YEED Airdrop
• Procedure: Buyback through exchanges YEED is listed on
• Purpose:

To secure a partial amount of the 1st Airdrop quantity

To support the liquidity of YEED

To enhance the brand value

2. 1st Airdrop

• Total Airdrop Quantity: 150,000,000 YEED
• Subject: Private & Presale ICO participants who had not moved YEED from the day of ICO until the official unlock day
• Airdrop Ratio : Approximately 3% of ICO participation
• Process: Installment in three (3) on the allocated amount per account in consideration of the circulation volume

1st Distribution : 50% (Buyback) + 50% (KYC/AML Failed Token)

2nd Distribution : 50% (Buyback) + 50% (KYC/AML Failed Token

3rd Distribution: 100% (Buyback)

• The YEED airdrop amount will be divided into three (3) and distributed automatically to ICO participants’ wallet address (ones used for ICO)
• Schedule:

1st Distribution : November 1st (Thu.),

2nd Distribution : November 15th (Thu.)

3rd Distribution : November 29th (Thu.)

Total Circulation Volume= Total # of tokens — Locked volume — KYC/AML Failed Token

• Total amount of Circulation Supply BEFORE the airdrop: 4,902,541,907.35
• Total amount of Circulation Supply AFTER the airdrop: 4,952,541,907.35

• 4.8 billion, the number of circulating YEED supply, has increased by approximately 40 million for additional business related contracts reaching 4,902,541,907.35.
• From 97,458,092.65 YEED that did not pass KYC/AML, 50,000,000 YEED will be used for the airdrop as stated above, and the remainders will be burnt based on a schedule which will be announced in the future.
