Roads are not meant for looking at

You have to travel them.

Does this road make you want to grab the car keys?
Pack your bags? 
Dust off the motorbike?
Put on your running shoes?
Does it make you long to escape from where you are?
Or 
Does it just make you feel tired?
Does it make you want to turn back and turn on the TV?

Many years ago I was on a road trip across America with a friend. One day we came across a huge elk by the roadside. I stopped the car in amazement, it was the first I had ever seen and it was magnificent. I was speechless.

My passenger said ‘you seen one deer you seen them all’, ‘are we nearly there yet’ and she meant it.

We all look at life differently.
