About Rijksmuseum
This museum is in Amsterdam and it is the large national museum in Netherlands.It collected a variety of exhibits from prehistory to the latest period.

An exhibit in Rijksmuseum
This work is “The Night Watch” from Rembrandt. Frist you can see 34 people in this painting and they take musical instruments and arms. Then you can see the light is in the middle of the painting and the little girl’s hue contrasts with the dark tones in the back. I think that the air in the picture is tense. In conclusion Rembrandt transformed traditional group portrait painting into dazzling light, color and movement. He set a precedent in art history.
