RETROSPECTIVES on Project 2

First group project. It went way better than I expected, and I am almost happy with this project, since all of my previous group projects were nightmares. Andrew kept us on track, as well as organizing all the information, and Alison through in many different ideas that led us to the solution to our problems. We did user interviews individually and put them together to find patterns, needs, and pain points. We had to pivot on Friday and I was a little worried, but after the weekend, we kept discussing the main problems and possible solutions based on our research. We all discussed on small details on the prototype, while I was working on the wire fame and paper sketch, and each others ideas and user test led us to the better solution. My main task was to make prototype on sketch, but shared the file with Andrew and Alison, so they can help us on details. While making the first prototype, I learned organizing file names and layers was very important in sharing files with group members, since there were so many pages in there. I tried to make pages understandable and organized, so that Andrew and Alison could also edit the file.

Over all, we respected each others’ strength and divided tasks accordingly.
