Episode 6
Tyler is a regular senior in NorthStore high school. If you ask him what do you describe yourself, he would immediately answer as soccer. He loved soccer. He started to play in club as ADJUNCT during his childhood and quickly got better. His friends told him he was the new Messi. That’s how good he was. He is CURRENTLY varsity soccer captain and TEMPORARILY teach kids to play soccer for some small TRIBUTE (Money). However, Tyler’s average life might end today if he performed well. Let’s start from the beginning.
“Tyler, please report to the main office.” The speaker cracked during his math class.
Tyler’s brain felt TANGLED with all the attention. Everyone was staring at Tyler INCLUDING the teacher and he knew what they were thinking.
“Is he in trouble?”
Tyler thought of any possible things he did to get in trouble. Well except for the SECRET prank call on Pizza Hut. No harm was really done. PLUS, that was 2 weeks ago.
Tyler saw his coach and an unfamiliar face in main office.
“So am I in trouble?” Tyler asked
“Nope, in fact…”
“Phew” Tyler thought
“In fact remember the last game with the South?” Coach continued
“Oh yeah, that was the best game ever. I felt I was on PYRE,” Tyler EXCLAIMED
“Well the scout watched the game and I think he wants to talk to you.”
Then the guy next to coach held out his hand.
“Nice to meet you, my name is Chris Han.”
“Are you the..” Tyler mumbled, still can’t shake the thought of scout
He smiled, “Yes, I’m the scout.”
