I Told You So — Caitlin Johnstone is a Con Job
Note: 6/16/20 I’ve replaced some links removed by the authors — such as Ben Norton’s Medium post on Caitlin Johnstone’s shilling for rape-apologist Mike Cernovich, and a video of Johnstone with conspiracy theorist Robert Steele and Cynthia McKinney touting a potential alliance between the fascistic alt-right and the left. It was obvious.
Caitlin Johnstone is a con job who caters to the agenda that’ll get her the most clicks and cash, whether it be Bernie-or-bust, Green Party, WikiLeaks, or white supremacists aka “alt-right”.
Just like a card shark, a coffee reader, an astrologer…
Here’s a link to a piece where she claimed the alt-right “are mostly decent people with a solid moral code”. She’s since added a weak comment to the piece claiming ignorance as an excuse.

This here video (make sure to read running script in beginning) proved it for anyone who knew (or who had the minimal decency of researching) Robert Steele and his opinions (guest on David Duke’s podcast, claimed there was a child sex slave colony on Mars, and the list goes on). Johnstone not only endorsed him, but interviewed him [NOTE- Johnstone removed this content with no retraction note] favorably numerous times about his plan to battle the “deep state” and to form a left-to-right coalition.

These recent Tweets speak for themselves. The antisemitism they convey is a natural continuation of Johnstone’s con. In the below she says: “It’s part of the culture. Jewish people were forced to get good at money…” The response from the antisemite she’s conversing with is telling.
For the few doubters still out there, is this proof enough? Can you finally admit being wrong? Or will you just let Johnstone reinvent herself and rack up more clicks and cash from new and clueless followers?
