The modern lifestyle, especially in urban areas, has been experiencing an increase in the stress levels. It is not just the productivity goals, the deadlines, and the long work hours away from family and friends that cause distress, discomfort, and fatigue.

The constant pressure to be permanently connected and informed through chats, applications, and social networks, which access is facilitated by the mobile phones of which we are almost inseparable, is pointed out as another cause of stress. Who has never felt this pressure may throw the first stone if the courage to throw the phone fails you.

All of us who live in the modern world and enjoy its technological commodities, also suffer its nefarious effects almost without noticing.
