Investors do care about corporate structure.
They need to make an informed investment decision and this means access to the company’s financial, business and ownership disclosures.

Corporate governance impacts all aspects of YOOmahn, from communication to leadership and strategic decision-making.

With our intentions made visible to all, in line with the original blockchain principles, we want to be held accountable for our behaviour and actions - and thus more willing to distance ourselves from duplicity. This is especially crucial now that trust in cryptos is on the decline.

For this reason, we have paid particular attention to build a strong corporate governance structure, in order to ensure transparency and safety for all our stakeholders.

YOOmahn has three main corporate governance organs:
- the Board of Directors;
- the Investing Board; and
- the Audit Board.

They will support the activity of the Management Team and, at the same time, will have an important role of selection of the potential investments, before submitting to YOO tokens holders for the final decision.
