Ryan totally agree, In many companies you get people with toons of business experience struggling to understand the “Internet thing” and on the other hand young talent familiarized with the tools and networks but with not enough bussiness background to understand were to target their efforts.

There is a need to create somehow a middle ground were seniors and young talent get together, learn from eachother and grow. Unfortunately fear of change will make many seniors and management to be late in the pursue of that middle ground, narrowing their companies’ ability to compete.
