This is tremendously powerful. I’ve struggled and continue to struggle to be part of a “business as usual” setting at work when it’s anything but during times like these. Having actively engaged and genuine allies at work makes the pain less heavy and isolating. Glad to read your boss stepped up and was there for you in ways that matter.
