How many stages the YouGive ICO has?
YouGive’s crowdfunding campaign is divided into three stages:
- Private-Sale (July 23 — September 30, 2018), the cost of the token is set at $0.6;
- TokenSale 1 (October 15–26, 2018), the token cost is $0.7;
- TokenSale 2 (October 26 — November 9, 2018), the token cost is $0.75;
- TokenSale 3 (November 10–23, 2018), the token cost is $0.8;
- TokenSale 4 (November 24 — December 7, 2018), the token cost is $0.85;
- TokenSale 5 (December 8–25, 2018), the token cost is $0.9.
We plan to sell 28.6 million YGT tokens. On the Private-Sale 2 million coins will be sold.
The YouGive ICO will start 23 jule from the Pre-Sale stage, which will begin in the coming months. The cost of the YGT token at the Pre-Sale stage is $0.6. If you buy more than 10 thousand coins, then we reduce the token price to $0.5.
The second stage of ICO starts 2–3 months after the completion of Pre-Sale — the exact date has not been determined yet. The cost of the YGT token remains the same, but another bonus system comes into play:
- when buying more than 1000 tokens — 20%;
- when buying more than 17,000 tokens — 25%;
- when buying more than 50,000 tokens — 27%;
- when buying more than 150,000 tokens — 32%.
We plan to raise $ 23 million during the main stage of the YouGive ICO.
After the completion of the crowdsale, there will be 15.4 million coins left — 35% of the total. We understand that investors are worried about the fate of this coins. And we already know how to distribute it:
- 5% — marketing expenses;
- 18% — reserve (will be stored on a separate account);
- 12% — team reward reserve.
