Safety Apps are designed specifically for you to communicate with others that you may need help with. These apps can provide peace of mind, immediate communication, and access to help in an emergency. However, because these apps are meant to be used during an actual emergency, it will be imperative that they work effectively. It’s important to test the app before use and consider whether the features and purpose of the app are what you will need during the emergency.

One such app is Safety App which gives you a plethora of features one might need for safety. It is one of the most powerful safety apps there is available.

Its features include the following

  • SOS Alert with Your Location: Not only you can send SOS alert on tap with location but also specify the type of emergency you’re facing so you can get the right help in time.
  • Scream Detection with auto location alert: As the name suggests Safety App can detect screams and send an alert whenever scream detected. The sensitivity of scream detection could be adjusted by the user according to their needs.
  • Fall/Accident Detection with auto location alert: Safety App can detect fall/accident and send an alert whenever detected. The sensitivity of fall detection could be adjusted by the user according to their needs. This feature could be used by elderly people or the bike riders to ensure their safety.
  • Safety Timer with auto location alert: The user can set the timer value and continue his/her work. In case the timer runs out the Safety App would automatically alert the added partners. This feature could be used by people who travel late at night or while entering any risky or doubtful areas.
  • Call Safety Services based on your location: Safety App automatically gets your current country and adjusts its safety helpline numbers accordingly. So the user can just contact any of the safety services on a single tap. The user also has the option to manually set the country or set custom helpline numbers.

  • Live Tracking: Lets your friends and family know where you are. This could be used while traveling alone or entering risky places.
  • Fake Call: Stuck in an unpleasant situation? Try fake call which will call you with a fake name you entered and help you get out of the situation immediately.
  • SOS Flasher: Use your flashlight to send the SOS signal to ask for help.
  • Siren: Create attention in case of a clumsy situation and get help from people nearby.
  • Local GPS Information: This feature gives you the GPS information of your current location such as latitude, longitude, altitude, pressure, humidity, etc. A very helpful tool for travelers.
  • Safety Messenger: Safety App’s personal dedicated messenger to send emergency messages to your added partners and groups. The messenger has the SOS notification sound which helps keep the emergency message stand apart from the other ones. The user can send text, images, audio, video or files.
