How did you come up with this recipe? I like tangerines but I can't imagine the taste of this with the shrimp. I've tried lemon with seafood but never anything like this. is it spicy? I can see there is ginger in it as well, can you taste the ginger? Do you think you could replace the tangerine with any other fruit?
