Why striving for perfection might be holding you back as a newbie web developer
Rick West

I built a website in PHP while learning the language. And as I progressed I realized I have a lot of gaps. I needed it to be perfect. So I learned Laravel and rebuilt it from scratch. Then I discovered Sass and modular JS, and I rewrote all my stylesheets and JavaScript files. It took me almost a year with this one website to complete. Chasing perfection might not be good but looking back at what I learned, I don’t regret the journey.
