Traditions have already been a part of our lives, and my family also has some unique traditions. In addition, my parents have done their best to keep these traditions. So far, it’s really meaningful to me and influence me a lot.
At first, we will have family trips every year. For example, we will go to other cities in Taiwan together every Chinese new year holidays. We will not only eat different food but also go to some well-known attractions. As far as I’m concerned, these trips help the relationship between our family members’ become closer. We will also have some relaxed time to share our usual lives with others.
Then, we will spare some times to have a meal, no matter how busy we are. Although we are focused on our jobs or schools, we will check our schedules and eat together. My parents have been retired for several years and my brother is busy with his job, but we still keep this tradition every time I go back to Kaohsiung. As the saying goes,"Home is always the haven.” When we eat together, we will all feel relaxed and pleased.
In conclusion, I think it is really important that every family should have some unique traditions, because traditions will bring people closer. I love my family’s traditions, thus if your family do not have any traditions, it is never too late to have a tradition with your family.
